On… Democracy & Freedom: Mutually Exclusive Concepts

There is a direct relationship between individual freedom and the quality of life. An indirect relationship between the number of unnatural laws and individual freedom in a society. And an indirect relationship between the amount of disorder in society and individual freedom. The more individual freedom the less disorder. And it is the creation of unnatural laws that creates the disorder in society, requiring ever–more laws.

The only difference in principle between a dictatorship and a democracy is in the manner of selecting the ruler. That those ruled make the laws is fiction.

Democracy is thought to ensure freedom. Yet it and freedom are mutually exclusive concepts. In democracy there can be no true individual freedom, ensuring continuing disorder and degradation of individual life, leading to eventual societal collapse. The more political laws there are, the sooner this will happen.
